The Carbeth Estate is spread over a fair distance and there are a number of different little groupings.

There is, of course, the hutting area behind the Carbeth Inn - there are effectively three fields behind the pub, bottom, middle and top.

There's the Cuilts Road area of course, which is perhaps the most visible from the public road (these huts can be seen on the left hand side of the road when driving to Blanefield)

Then, there's the beautiful Clachan area, which is accessed (at least by car) by traveling along the aptly named Froggy Lane.

Finally, there are the two picturesque areas adjacent to the beautiful Carbeth Loch. Click on the pictures to see them Full Size.....
